Sparring Class

Where:  Gold's Gym, Jupiter..... Indiantown Road and U.S.1 behind Chili's Restaurant in Shoppes of Jupiter.

Equiptment required: Sparring gear (contact Mr. Milman about purchase of sparring gear), mouthpiece, and groin protector
(boys only).

Open to all Yellow Belts and above from any of Discovery Tae Kwon Do schools.

Free sparring is an important part of martial arts training and students seeking orange belt and above must become proficient at sparring before promotion to their next belt level.

All matches are closely supervised by adult black belt instructors and any sparring match that appears to be a mismatch or unsafe is emmediately halted.

Free sparring is an activity that is very exhilerating and exciting and is enjoyed by all who participate.
